SENSAI ROUGE INTENSE LASTING COLOUR - IL 103 USUIRO

One of the fascinating countries that I would definitely love to visit in the near future is Japan. „Land of the Rising Sun“ is widely known for its numerous symbols such as honorable and fearless samurai warriors and geishas, the professional entertainers of traditional art of song and dance. Apart from them, bonsai tree, sushi, kimono, tea drinking rituals, sumo wrestling, gracious and delicate cherry blossom and unique architecture of castles and shrines also stands out. Beside natural, historical and cultural beacons, I'm particularly enthralled by the mentality and state of mind, because I believe that the charm and appeal of every nation stems from people without whom only an empty surface would remain, and in this regard Japanese deserves true reverence and appreciation. For example, I'm positively shocked by the fact that all canned beverages are inscripted in Braille too, that there are no janitorial services in schools, but pupils clean the classrooms themselves in order to show gratitude and learn of respect, responsibility and equality. Furtherly, after the World Cup football match, Japanese fans helped to tidy up the stadium for the next game, world's most punctual public transport averagely lates only 18 seconds, commuters calmly and patiently wait in queus, without pother or elbowing, while in the event of strike, drivers operate regularly, but they don't charge tickets. Perhaps that kind of lifestyle contributes to longevity, because over 50 000 individuals older than 100 lives in Japan, and it's a home of Sensai cosmetic brand as well.
The cornerstone of Sensai rests on two so opposing concepts – sense and science. The former is abstract, inexplicable, elusive, subtle and noble, a wonderful vision deeply animated by savours of nature, while the latter is advanced, uncompromising, strict and carefully, analytically and detailedly mastered on tipically Japanese basis. In a nutshell, they are two pillars that supports harmonious entirety of upscale and luxurious items for which silk is the main ingredient. The technique and skill of processing was adopted by the Japanese in 3rd century from their eastern neighbors, the Chinese and Koreans, but through history they modified it in their own specific way. I must admit that the very mentioning of the word unfolds images of fabulous garments in front of my eyes, the ones that gently caress the body and embowers it with glamor, and the mission of Sensai is to bestow the skin with identical refinement.
Kanebo company, which incorporates Sensai, started its business in early 1800s as a cotton trader, and later expanded it on silk fabrication and export. The incredible softness of employee's hands prompted them to create the first soap with silk extract, introduced in 1936., and the consequence was the emergence of Sensai. It's important to note that this is not just ordinary, but exceedingly esteemed and supreme-quality Koishimaru silk, and the eponymous caterpillars are exceptionally rare and enjoys elite treatment in Japan. Suffice it to say that they're exclusively fed with fresh leaves of young mulberry, picked while it's still humid from the morning dew. The result is a silk of palatial grade, of facile and supple consistency, of prominent glow and warmth, laurelled with the epithet „celestial weaving“. To maintain this significant legacy, members of the regal court have bred Koishimaru larvae at Empress Momijiyama Imperial Cocoonery for generations.
Except for wholehearted adoration by royal dignitaries, this silk hides another secret, which is stimulation upon hyaluronic acid release. Thus Sensai, in an inexhaustible and unwearying pursuit for infinite splendor, have united modern technology and superior power of this precious component, devising formulas braided in all their preparations and makeup. The extraordinary meld of science and nature works in unison concordance with the physique, veils the skin with impeccable silkiness, emphasizing and elevating singular beauty of each woman. As depicted on the official site, an experience of Japan that celebrates life in the embrace of silk, enlightened from within by a characteristic and distinct spirituality.
We're on the verge of Christmas and New Year parties that usually requires more intensive colors with sequins and glitter, so I myself was looking for a lipstick which, along with standard red, I'd be able to wear every day. IL 103 Usuiro, an enchanting nude, satin and immensely elegant nuance, caught my eye. This perennial and radiant lipstick guarantees enduring colorization, nursing and hydration, pleasant and smooth application, and multi-hour stability. It doesn't get wiped off the lips when eating or drinking, but I like to upgrade it every so often. The texture is creamy and ensures effortless administering, and the collection in black casings supplies the market with 15 different tone variations. The light reflection and shimmer effect especially thrilled me, primarily due to optimal balance which won't go unnoticed, but it shan't steel all the attention with its invasiveness, making Sensai Rouge Intense Lasting Colour the perfect feature for daily and evening occasions.
The more I get to know diverse brands, the more I'm mesmerized by the steps forward relating benefitial and rejuvenating substances included in products. Their amount is astounding and I'm always surprised and amazed when I find out that culinary delicacies or wardrobe materials, namely caviar and silk, are used in decorative and skincare toiletries. Even if we're not blessed with the opportunity of being exposed to the divine touch of Koishimaru silk, we have a meritorious proxy that will render our skin, our lifetime clothing, the same aesthetic suavity.

  53. Yes it is incredible how different cultures can be. I imagine when people come to NY from Japan what they must think. I was always brought up to clean up after myself, either do it or get slapped. But the average first world person is so self involved. I once saw a father and son on a train platform and the father spit his gum on on the platform for someone else to step in. But now of course the son will grow up to be just as self absorbed. And don't even get me started on coworkers that leave dishes in the sink lol...

On a happier note that lip product looks great!
